Women’s Yoga Session
Yoga session for beginner and intermediate level
Yoga is a great for improving general wellness. Regular practice helps you to develop strength, flexibility, and helps you develop a mind-body awareness. It is good to help you manage a variety of health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or heart disease. It helps to improve mobility and protects your spine and makes you feel happier, so come along and join us!
No advance booking required, but the sessions get busy so please arrive at least 15 minute prior to the start of the session to ensure entry.Do I need to bring my own mat?
Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.How much does it cost for each session?
