Aerobics and circuit type exercise session to promote health & wellbeing, improve flexibilty, strength and balance.
Sessions allow you to go at your own pace but you are gently pushed to reach your potential in a fun and interactive session.
No, but please come early to secure your space as the session is popular and will fill up quickly.What do I need to bring?
Comfortable shoes and clothing which allow you to move freely.
A water bottle is helpful.
All mats and equipment is provided.
