Women’s Exercise Class
Aerobic type exercise session for women - limited spaces
Aerobics and circuit type exercise session to promote health and wellbeing, improve flexibilty, strength and balance.
Sessions allow you to go at your own pace but you are gently pushed to reach your potential in a fun and interactive session.
No but please come early to secure your space as the session is popular and will fill up quickly.What do i need to bring?
Comfortable shoes and clothing which allow you to move freely.
A water bottle is helpful.
All mats and equipment is provided.
