Come and get fit! Improve your health & well being, doing a selection of circuit and aerobic type exercises to help improve fitness levels.
Monday session is £3.00 per person per session.
Tuesday session is FREE.
Loose comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement and suitable shoes.Do I need to book in advance?
No need to book in advance. Although session's get busy so please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to ensure you get a space.
