Is the class ok for absolute beginners?

Yes, we cater for all levels and as we're a cosy class there's always lots of attention from our lovely tutor Christine

Do i need to bring my own mat?

We provide mats but you're most welcome to bring your own, whatever works best for you

Is there a charge?

Yes its £3 per drop in class
